Ingredients
1 Shrimp Boil Kit Pack
Directions:
1. Leave Seafood boil kit in freezer until ready to cook.
2. Fill a large pot with 3 quarts of cold water.
3. Bring water to a rolling boil.
4. Add seasoning included in boil kit.
5. Gently place the mesh bag with contents into the boiling water.
6. Begin cooking time. Water will stop boiling.
7. Cook for 8 minutes. Check the internal temperature of the sausage, it needs to reach 160 degrees F.
8. Remove mesh bag once correct internal temperature has been reached. Allow excess water to completely drain from the mesh bag.
9. Carefully cut the side of the mesh bag and dump into the shaker bag provided.
10. Melt the seasoned butter. If using a microwave do it in 10 second intervals, stirring until butter has melted.
11. Pour melted seasoned butter into shaker bag over cooked seafood.
12. Twist bag and shake until your food is fully coated with the seasoned butter.
13. Pour food from shaker bag to plate, table or platter and ENJOY!

1 Oven Boil Kit Pack
Directions:
1. Leave kit in freezer until ready to cook.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
3. Remove kit from the main plastic bag. Do this gently so you don’t poke holes in the oven bag.
4. Place oven boil bag onto a large baking tray.
5. Place in oven and bake for 40-60 minutes. Cook time depends on oven.
6. Check internal temperature by inserting a digital thermometer through the oven bag and into a shrimp, it needs to reach 145 degrees F.
7. Gently shake the bag to cover the food with the boil sauce.
8. Open bag carefully, watch out for steam! (It’s Hot!)
9. Pour food from bag to plate, table or platter and ENJOY!
